What is the Birthday Club?  

At Cold Stone Creamery, we want everyone to have the sweetest birthday possible. That is why we have established a Birthday Club so Ice Cream Lovers of all ages can receive a free Creation™ on their birthday. When you join the Birthday Club, you will also receive information about special offers and events going on at a Cold Stone Creamery near you! Just visit our Birthday Club page and enroll today!

Who can join the Birthday Club?  

Ice Cream Lovers of all ages! There is no age limit on Cold Stone Creamery’s Birthday Club.

How do I register myself for the Birthday Club?  

If you already have a My Cold Stone account, you can join the Birthday Club by following these steps: 

  1. Log into your My Cold Stone account. 
  2. Click the Join the Birthday Club button on your homepage.
  3. Enter your birthday and select your gender from the options provided.
  4. Click the "Join Now" button.

If you do not have a My Cold Stone account, create one by clicking the My Cold Stone menu option. When you create an account, you'll be given the option to join the Birthday Club.

How do I register my child for the Birthday Club?  

You must have a My Cold Stone account in order to join the Birthday Club. If you do not have an account, please create one. If you already have a My Cold Stone account, follow these steps to add up to five family members. Note: You can only add up to five family members to your account. To add more than five family members, you must create another My Cold Stone account with a different email addess.

  1. Log into your My Cold Stone account. 
  2. Click the My Birthday Club menu option.
  3. Click the Add Family Member button.
  4. Enter your family member's first name, last name, birthday, and gender.
  5. Click the Save button to save your changes.

Why does Cold Stone Creamery need my information if I am only registering my child?

By law, all children under the age of 13 must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to join our online Birthday Club. Thus, all children under 13 must be registered with an adult entry in order to be a member.

Can I register a family member for the Birthday Club?  

Yes. You can add family members to your account by following these steps.

  1. Log into your My Cold Stone account. 
  2. Click the My Birthday Club menu option.
  3. Click the Add Family Member button.
  4. Enter your family member's first name, last name, birthday, and gender.
  5. Click the Save button to save your changes.

When can I access my birthday coupon?  

Your birthday coupon will be available in your My Cold Stone account seven (7) days prior to your birthday.  It will be available to print from the My Birthday Club page in your account for 14 days, seven (7) days before and seven (7) days after your birthday.

How long do I have to redeem my birthday coupon?  

You have 14 days to redeem your coupon, seven (7) days before and seven (7) days after your birthday.

Each Birthday Club coupon is good for one FREE Creation™.

No. Please sign-up and we’ll make sure you receive a FREE Creation™ for your birthday next year!

What if I don’t have an email address or printer? Can I get a birthday coupon via regular mail?   

No. An email address and access to a printer are required for enrollment in the Birthday Club.

How do I update my birthday information?  

You can update your email address and other My Cold Stone account information via the My Account Details page by following these steps:

  1. Log into your My Cold Stone account.
  2. Click the My Account Details menu option to display your current account details.
  3. Update any information on the page, then click the Save button.

Note: You cannot update your birthday information via the My Account Details page. If there's an error with your birthday, please contact us.

To ensure that you receive your Birthday Club and promotional emails in your inbox, please add coldstone@coldstonecreamery.com to your Address book or Approved Senders.
